Welcome

Where the world's Tamil educators meet

Since 1992, the World Tamil Teachers' Conference has brought together teachers, scholars, curriculum designers and researchers from every corner of the Tamil-speaking world to share ideas on how Tamil is taught and learned.

In December 2026 the conference returns to Malaysia for the fourth time — this time to explore how Artificial Intelligence can enrich the teaching and learning of the Tamil language, in classrooms at home and abroad.
